Traumatic experience! Hairdresser clearly had no idea what she was doing, completely butchered my hair I had to go and get it fixed 2 days later by a different hairdresser who said it was the worst cut she had ever seen. All uneven, the top layer was longer than the bottom layer and the front was 2 completely different lengths. They were clearly in a rush to get home as well, what’s the point in letting a customer book at 5.15pm if you’re wanting to leave before 6?
