I had electrolysis with Karrin! I can’t comment on the effectiveness of the treatment yet but what I can comment on was the appointment itself. Karrin was an absolute star! These girls go out of their way to build a relationship with their customers! I will definitely be going back for more sessions with her! The place was very cosy, clean, and smelled amazing! Thank you so much Karrin!

Really disappointed with my experience. Karin was lovely but my nails look terrible and already come off on one nail. Hardly any colours to choose from. Wanted something Christmassy but other than red not much choice. Had the deluxe manicure but no hand soak, no cuticle work?? No music playing so no ambience. I need a refund so I can get my nails done somewhere else. Happy to send pictures.
