The lady who treated me was very nice. It was a very good touch to have the lady downstairs waiting for the customer. To be honest I do not know what to expect from my treatment though. It felt nice

A nice salon. I had a newly qualified therapist who was very lovely but I wasn't informed beforehand which was disappointing.

Had a wonderful manicure yesterday, which was done by Karin. She greeted me in the foyer of The Pavilion with a warm smile and introduced herself to me. I was then guided by her to where we needed to be. The experience itself was lovely, Karin was so friendly and easy to talk to and my time there flew by. I left with a beautiful set of manicured nails, which I love. Would highly, highly recommend.
