Carrina was so welcoming and thorough with her work; her natural disposition put me at ease and she talked me through it all, making sure I was aware of what to expect and how it worked. Really happy I went for a consultation and can't wait for my next appointment. The procedure itself wasn't nearly as painful as I had expected, nor was the recovery, and I had complete faith in Carrina's ability at all times.
