By far the best facial I have ever had, and I have had a few! The beauty bed was so comfortable and the heated mat to lay on was so nice, the whole atmosphere and environment was relaxing. The products used smelled and felt so luxurious, the heated cloths to remove the products added to the luxury. The neck and shoulder massage has solved a problem with my neck I didn't realise I had. I have slept better since having the facial and generally feel better! Carrina is amazing and this facial is a treat!
