Steph is friendly and a fantastic hairdresser. I liked the music on the radio and enjoyed the cup of coffee. There was a leak in the treatment room from the flat above which she handled very well with her colleague who were both so calm. I think it is a shame that her landlord hasn't been able to sort the problem properly as this has occurred a few times before.

I suffer from awful social anxiety so I normally get very nervous in 1on1 situations but Stephanie was very kind and was very professional with everything, haircut and bleaching was great so highly recommend
