Steph is very professional and friendly. She was extremely punctual in keeping my appointment in time, gave me advice on natural products to use (as opposed to upselling anything to me) for my hair loss problems and gave me a nice, quick haircut while listening to my needs. Would definitely go back if I happen to be in the Stratford area again.
