Steph's hair and beauty was a nice clean salon. Steph was lovely and gave me exactly the haircut that I asked for. I'll definitely go back the next time I need a haircut.

The customer service I received was amazing. I can't complain the staff were amazing and helped me find the location and were very talkative and lovely.
The eyelashes were not as expected. As the product we're eyelash CLUSTERS not individuals. Many business state if they are clusters as the final product is completely different. If you want clusters I recommend 100%.
I asked them to remove the product and asked for a small refund. They refunded 100% of my money. They did not need to do this yet I am very happy they did!

I arrived early (even before opening hours) and was seen to right away. Both ladies are pleasant and professional and do a fantastic job! Value for money is great too! Finally found a hairdresser who doesn't dye your whole forehead when doing roots and an eyebrow waxer who shapes eyebrows perfectly and painlessly!
