First Hollywood wax wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be but didn’t get the smoothness I was hoping for. Don’t know if that’s because it was my first time or the wax itself but will go again

Would recommend to anyone. Steph is always friendly, professional and quick - and such an amazing value. Best salon in east London!

The eyelash tint did not really take, I suspect because my eyes were not wiped clean first. Disappointed, but then I guess you get what you pay for.
The staff were very good however about fitting me in even though I arrived late due to going to the wrong station.
