Steph was beyond helpful and kind! She talked me through numerous ways to improve the condition of my hair but unlike other stylists, she gave me affordable options that didn't require me to purchase expensive products from the salon. She was so informative, approachable and I felt like she genuinely cared about me, my experience and what I wanted. To top it all off, my colour was perfect!

Steph's was clean and tidy and their service was quick, inexpensive and done well. The atmosphere could have been slightly more welcoming, but once I got chatting to the staff they were lovely. I'm really impressed with the service I received and I will be going there again.
