It wasn't my very first time getting a Hollywood but I wished it was as painless ! The time flew by so fast and it was very painless, even though it was 2 days before getting my period ! The only think I wish she had done was to use an antiseptic before getting the wax done and an oil after..

Service is really good, Steph is very friendly. Only potential improvement is to have music playing maybe, just to add to the atmosphere. However, it’s a great place!

Not happy with highlights. They look stripey and not a nice colour of blonde. The sides were also done badly (blotchy and far from hair line): she tried to redo at the end but the damage is done. I will have to book an appointment elsewhere to repair the damage. So not worth it in the end.
