I always have a lovely time when I visit Steph's which is such a nice extra on top of always receiving great service. My nails are great and the value is probably the best I've seen in London for all their services!

Manicure
A really poor spray tan. The tiny crammed room at the back of a hair salon smelt of urine, added onto the fact that it was covered in dirt. When asking for a pair of disposable underwear (which are generally given when having a spray tan) and for another coat of spray tan, I was given a funny look as though I was crazy. I was reassured that although the spray tan was green within a few minutes of being applied, it would turn brown. This was obviously a lie. A rusty fan was used to dry the 'spray tan'. Will not be returning.
Awesome customer service and awesome haircut! Will definetly be returning in the future :)
