2nd visit. Quality of service very good, original polish from 1st visit lasted very well, good quality. Return visit was with my mum for her birthday, and received good attention from Stephanie, as gel polish and file not something my mum has done before. She is happy with the colour and quality. The only drawback for my mum was the stair access due to reduced mobility, but I know is reason why they are looking at new premises. From an original failed appointment to happy 2nd return visit.
