Lucas has been amazing from start to finish. It was my first sport massage, I decided to give it a go after a hard gym session that resulted in extremely painful and stiff neck and back. He explained what he was going to do, he talked me trough his movements and dedicated time to stretch the neck. When I left the pain I had especially in my neck was almost completely gone. Definitely reccomended and worth every penny!
