Venue & ambience is great. Very professional.
There was a mess up with my booking (for the 3rd time) but the receptionist was very kind and apologetic.
She got a therapist to drive in, so I waited an hour, and the therapist arrived. He was very nice however it was a very disappointing massage. I told him to focus on my upper back and shoulders. He spent at least half the time on my legs. And then lower back, rather than my shoulders & upper.
I also requested strong pressure, and considering it was a male masseur, the pressure was not strong at all.
Very disappointing and I will not be back, which is a real shame considering the place is lovely, close and welcoming.

I thought I had signed up for a deep tissue massage - unfortunately the therapist did not release muscle tension or provide relaxation as his massage technique was very soft and I didn't feel like he really knew what he was doing. I left feeling like I had wasted my time!

Exceptional experience. I came in with a pulled shoulder and asked for my massage to focus on my neck, shoulder and back. I was treated perfectly - my shoulder pain was mostly released and she even spent time on my other shoulder which has been causing me troubles. I believe because they come from a physio background this clinic is able to treat pains in a way which leads to much better results than a traditional masseuse who may only ask the bare minimum questions.
Great session as per usual. All of the therapists are amazing here. Highly recommend!
