This was for my dad, who needed convincing to go for a massage. He came out really pleased, said it really helped with his back problems and he would go back too!
I highly recommend Stepping Stones center. My friend Diana, she was always talking to me about this center but I m the kind of person who works all day long at the office and don t have time for this . But one day my back was hurting so bad so I decided it s time for a massage so I went directly to Stepping Stones . There is where I met Lorenzo , who cured me completely with his hands , i had the best massage in my entire life . From now on , I won t wait till my back hurts again , I will go there to relax and let my body in his hands
So usually I don't go to massage clinics but a close friend recommend my this place and I sad lets try it.
The place is in a quiet and really nice area, when arrived there the receptions( lovely girl) offered my a tea and my consultation form. After 3 4 min. the therapist came and presented himself, his name is Lorenzo( the best massage therapist ) and he is a physiotherapist.
After a short consultation where we discus about my neck and lower back problems Lorenzo give me a few tips on how to stretch and also how to maintain a correct body posture when I m running or just seating in my office. The massage was amazing he ,,destroyed,, al the nots I had in my back but at the same time it was really relaxing at some point I fallen a sleep.
So now I feel like a new person, definitely coming back soon and I highly recommend Stepping Stones and Lorenzo.
Will definately be back here. More than your usual sports massage. Very holistic approach. Got the source of my injuries and aided my continued recovery by giving me tips/advice to follow up.
Fantastic experience was all down to the masseur - Danilo. He was fantastic. Listened to what I wanted, asked about sporting injuries (I had a few) and tried to understand why I came (big expedition coming up). Was the perfect sports massage. I'm going back
