A lovely little place with professional and efficient staff. Booking was easy, which isn't always the case when using a voucher. The treatment was great and the therapist was chatty at the right times and seemed to take a genuine interest and pride in her work. Definitely recommended.
Friendly staff and clean and relaxing facilities however the voucher fails to tell you the threading therapist is only available on Saturdays - which is limiting, in terms of priority Id prefer to get my eyebrows done on a free mid week evening after work and not dedicate Saturday time.
The therapist also changes which is not an major issue although Ive been looking to find one consistant therapist to do my eyebrows.
The massage was great, and the therapist really listened to what it was I was after, and didn't try to convince me I needed anything else, which was great. The only (slight) downside was the room I was in was right next to the road (busy road!), so not as relaxing as I have had in other places. But otherwise, perfect!
This was my first reiki experience. The therapist was a lovely lady and she made me feel very comfortable. It was an interesting experience and I'm sure to try reiki again.
The therapist was half hour late, the receptionist was apologetic for the delay and offered me a cup of herbal tea. The surroundings look clean and pleasant.
I was very disappointed as I was only given 25 minutes massage instead of the full hour .
