First impression not too good the salon was messy and dirty, The hairdresser did not listen to what I wanted and I left with another terrible haircut. Having previously had a bad experience before Xmas I was hoping that I would feel better after having my hair done but no, I felt angry and upset again as my hair looked dreadful.

Demi was very friendly and did an amazing job on my thick curly hair. Feels so much healthier and lighter. Will definitely go again.
