I wanted to try some Bowen because I was feeling sore after lots of physical work. Georgie really helped readjust my body which is feeling a lot less tense. If you haven't tried Bowen before I recommend Georgie

I was feeling pains around my calf, legs, feet, side of thighs etc. this was my first session but when i came out i felt light like a feather even my converse i wore was tight previously and it felt a bit loose after. Still have a few pains, I have a second session booked so we will see.
