Adala provided an excellent deep tissue massage for me. She attended to the deep knots in my muscles with attention and good pressure. Adala checked with me and varied the pressure throughout. I also had some relaxing work on the face and head, which balanced the work on the body. I very much appreciated the time and attention from Adala, who is a very likeable, kind and caring massage therapist. I would definitely recommend.

Adela was a phenomenal beautician. She was thoughtful, efficient and really kind. I've just moved to London and don't know many people here. I found having a pamper a really grounding experience and really enjoyed being looked after during this treatment. The room was also decorated in a lovely way and felt super calm and containing.
