Hair Styling and Updos
I was very happy with the blow-dry itself but really felt that customer service could be improved. It's the only hairdresser I have been to where I wasn't even offered a drink. I also felt I was lectured to about my hair. When I book a blow-dry, I am booking it for the whole experience!
