I was really disappointed with my appointment. I brought in photos of what I wanted and it didn’t turn out how I wanted it at all. They offered to fix it and when I came back for the appointment, the man who worked there said that I was only booked in for a consultation appointment and he told me this when I booked the appointment. This had never been mentioned to me and he was actually very rude and patronising. I went back to them and I’m still extremely unhappy with how they “fixed it”. I would not recommend this hairdressers, especially for younger people as I believe they are not really up to date with current hair trends.
