The haircut and treatment were great, but the online booking system is unsatisfactory. I was initially given an appt with Julia who happened to be on holiday and for a Monday when the salon was closed. If I had not chanced to see the owner of the salon, who was very apologetic and managed to give me another appt the following day, I would never had gone back!
