Marcy has absolutely ruined my hair. Both while my hair was dry and wet we agreed how much, visually and repeating 2"s, off, she even showed me a photo of a previous cut she did. After asking why I don't cut my hair so often I said I like to keep it long. There was 0 room for confusion. She cut my hair to my shoulder hacking bits out. It looks like an uneven mushroom mullet. She could see the tears coming and simply said "it will look better with a blow dry I don't always understand English."

Good haircut as usual.
Treatwell as a booking service is disappointing, however. I was give an appointment which was half an hour before the time I was expected by the salon.. An email was sent to correct the booking after I had already left for my appointment.
Julia, my hairdresser, managed to fit me in without a long wait for either me or the next client. My next booking will be made on the phone!
