I was impressed when I booked my latest appointment I received an email confirming my appointment for the 1st time. Also, I received a reminder the day before my appointment. The salon was not dirty, however as it benefits possibly a coat of paint, did not look impressive either. As for my haircut, it looks too short for the time of year with a minimum style. Admittedly I normally do not tell my specialist how to cut my hair ie "Trust her judgement" - maybe I should do so from now on!
