My initial appointment had been booked incorrect Treadwell so the team were already in a bit of a fluster.
I showed countless images of what colour my hair is normally ( without a few months of lockdowns!) but came out with a much Ashier colour and stripes in my parting which I had specifically asked them to avoid. The colour also doesn’t actually go into my root and is at least a cm from the end which isn’t great.

Julia was brilliant. The real test for me is always when I wash and dry it myself. Well did that this morning and it is cut so well it just fell back into place. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much.
