Not sure if it's treatwell or the salon. I booked an appointment with Lia but she was only available for half of the treatment. It's a good salon overall but the staff keeps changing.

Really great salon & hairdressers. Great service & even offer complementary coffee/etc. Never walked out of here unhappy, the price does make the difference in this case.
