Once I had shown the pic of how I wanted my hair cut the stylist knew how she was going to recreate it, had an hr time slot was finished quicker and charged me less as well 😁

I hate to leave a bad review, especially for an independent business but this is the worst haircut I’ve ever received and at this price point it was unbelievable. The hairdresser didn’t listen to any of the requests I made about how I wanted it cut and styled during our “consultation”. I asked for shorter bob at the back and longer front. Essentially I already had this haircut and just needed trim. Instead he cut poker straight all the way round. He dried my hair before cutting (?). There was no blow dry, he simply brushed it and used a hairdryer, and didn’t ask how I wanted it “blow dried.” He cut my below-shoulder length hair with men’s hair clippers instead of scissors (???) and then just trimmed it off haphazardly like he was in a rush to get rid of me. He was friendly but I am so disappointed. I need to now spend another £40+ getting the “haircut” fixed. It all happened so fast and I felt like such a fool for not speaking up.
