The woman who cut my hair was distracted and busy doing her own hair. She would not cut it the way I asked, instead she told me to wear my hair a different way, it was more flat and lifeless than when I walked in.
Has an appointment for 11.30. Padlocks on the gates until 11.45, then I finally got in to be told there were no hairdressers in that day. Then proceeded to try and overcharge me even for a trim from someone who was not a hairdresser.
Well it was easy to book online and if i had paid online would have been better also. The price i was quoted online was 39 but I actually paid 45. When I go thome and noticed the discrepancy, I called the salon, first they told me it was because my hair was long, which it wasnt, then they said it was for a restyle but I only asked her to trim it all over included my layers which i already had. Then they told me it was becaus eI had layers cut but I already had layers in my hair. Lots of excuses
