Turned up 25 minutes late with no prior warning. Hair didn’t get washed properly- still had shampoo at the front of my scalp when she dried it- looked like dandruff. Didn’t use round brush when I asked 3 times- another colleague took over and used straighteners to curl then ends- I said usually you blow dry with a round brush. Then she tried to charge me £6 more for using the straighteners. I said no. I had to go home and re wash my hair. Bad experience all around.

The staff were very friendly and professional and my haircut and color especially, was very good value and looks great.It is a little bit of a 'no frills ' salon in that you get moved about a bit from chair to chair and don't get offered a drink but that's ok!

I liked the lady who cut me, and could do my eyebrows before my hair cut which saved lots of time
