It made my hair very frizzy and fringe and layers were not blended in together. I would have expected them to at least quickly straighten it to blend it all together. I ended up having to get it sorted at another hairdressers. Also, appointment slot was 30mins and the appointment took an hour which wasn’t ideal when I had an appointment soon after.
