Ritu was great, she was very friendly and my pedicure was fab. I ended up spontaneously doing a back neck and shoulder massage afterwards and since I’m 39 weeks pregnant, she was extremely accommodating and tailored the massage to meet my needs

I had an appointment on Saturday 29th July at 11.30 for a cut. I do not know her name as she didn’t tell me. She was very abrupt and quite rude, along with her facial expressions! My hair is shorter at one side than the other! Very disappointed

😀 Lida was very efficient, and an excellent blowdry. Cheaper than most salons
😟 Conditioner was combed through, most salons now offer a head massage whilst conditioner doing its magic
Very quiet, 1 client, 1 staff member. A little background music would make the salon feel less sterile.
Overall a practical experience rather than luxury.
