The first therapist obviously had insufficient experience eg she didn’t even know how to use the bottle of nail polish remover and nearly cut my skin. Luckily the second therapist had a lot more experience and took over the task.

The staff here were very friendly, but there seemed to be a bit of confusion over what was included for the price I paid. In the end, the hairdresser did a nice job.

There seemed to be a double-booking and my treatment was delayed by over twenty minutes. Otherwise the pedicure was generally fine, although a little bit rushed in the first few minutes.
