The nail salon did not look very clean - dust everywhere, nail polish stains on towels and overall need of refurbishment. I was welcomed by a quite rude approach. Clientele as well was not considerate of other clients, for example, speaking loudly on their phone or watching ear hurting youtube videos. But the cherry on the top was that the nail artist left my nails to dry and then came back with another nail artist to sit next to me to start her own manicure. Another nail artist applied a top coat to my nails and asked to wait to dry. After a few minutes a third nail artist approached me to finish the procedure. I was pretty much shocked by the service standards, probably there is no wonder why the salon was not fully booked. No offense guys, but this is not how you treat customers.

I had a mani-pedi which looks great but my appointment was booked for 5pm but they didn't start my treatment until 5:30pm. I had to wait with my feet in water in the pedicure chair for at least 15mins. Luckily I wasn't in a rush otherwise this would have annoyed me. Pedicure was quite rough and a bit painful at times. However, the result looks good.
