Pleasant staff who offered me water and very nice coffee on arrival. Nice venue and fully equipped with brand new nail varnish and tools. Very pleased with my nails which they paid very good attention to detail with and explained what they were doing . I will be going back again.

The worst salon i have ever been too !
The staff couldnt explain the service properly and on questining further they felt i was waisting their time. To worsen my experenice further they spoke rudely which so far i have never experienced in my 3 year stay in london !

Excellent service - very efficient and loved the massage chair. Just a shame I was charged an additional £5 to remove the old shellac - pricing needs to be clearer for consumers on Treatwell's website.

Absolutely perfect way to relax after a stressful day at work. Staff were really lovely, nails look fabulous - overall brilliant experience, so pleased I have discovered this place and will definitely be going back!
