Overall happy. Walked in 5 mins before my appointment but they were really busy and seemed not to know about my pedicure booking. Lovely lady arranged it to work anyway, although I didn't appreciate them switching between clients. Nothing happened this time but I do think rushing between could lead to less care around hygiene, i.e. forgetting to wash hands in between. Would not have been happy with that. More walk-in customers arrived but had to be turned away. Fast, friendly service. This was my second time there for a pedicure, last time was better, this time she wasn't as precise with the polish. Still good overall, will go again.
