Definitely a mixed bag! No one really acknowledged me for about 10 mins when I arrived and my appointment started 20 mins late. However, my manicure itself was pretty decent and my nail tech was very polite. If customer service, and timeliness are of importance, this isn’t the place for you. However, if you’re in no hurry and need something for a more modest price, then Stratford Nails is fine.
