Turned up for booked appt but due to too many walk ins couldn’t see me for 45 mins. Pretty disappointed as a wasted trip.

I booked for hard gel extensions
Staff pretended acrylic was gel..i didnt complain at the time because in any case i needed my nails done however i paid a price for gel and what i recieved was acrylic
gel sets with uv light if anyone sells you gel powder this is simply misleading the customer
Cleanliness:
The had a cabinet to sterilise items but only saw pedicure tools placed inside. Staff filed my cuticles with a electric file and Cuticle cutter was placed back into drawer...
