Nail appointment for myself and clay mask facial for my friend was booked for 13:35 and confirmed in email. They don't actually offer a clay mask facial and the nails were booked at the Salon for 14:30. I was not told this until I had been waiting for 45 minutes, when I politely asked for the appointment to be cancelled and refunded as I was unable to wait around the manager was incredibly rude and basically had a go at me. I was refused a refund so have paid for a treatment that I didn't get.
