I booked this massage for my mum, however upon arrival she was met coldly by Claudia, due to a mix up in their own booking system, she was not expecting my mum to turn up for a massage. Due to this she acted cold towards my mum throughout the whole thing, not even once asking how she was or show any customer service at all. This was supposed to be a relaxing experience and a gift but ended up leading to my mum feeling uncomfortable the whole time and like a burden due to no fault of her own.
