Pros : The receptionist offered me drinks and Hannah, who was booked for my treatment, was very gentle and make sure I was feeling comfortable.
Cons: You can hear the washing machine's from outside. I did not enjoy the treatment especially the unstable oxygen jets, couldn't spot any difference after the treatment.

Very bizarre experience. For some reason she kept repeating the fact that it was taking so long for the wax to harden on my skin and usually she's able to finish a full Hollywood wax in 15 minutes. Am I to apologize for my body chemistry?! I'll give her this, she took off a lot more than what is usually included in a bikini wax. I appreciated that however the place also isn't clean at all. I paid for hard wax and specifically not strip wax yet I know she used the strip wax on my underarms because she was rushing and didn't want to wait for the hard wax...
