Booked a 35min full body massage for my mother as a gift. Arrived a few minutes before 2pm which was the appointment time but was left to wait for exactly 29 minutes(!) In the seating area with me having to go and ask twice if they had still remembered about the appointment. The massage itself was good or I would have awarded it 1 star. My mother was pleased with the massage but did not appreciate having to be stressed about the time because staff were running behind. Also the massage 'deal' I booked through wahanda was exactly the same price as in the salon so booking through here was pointless and I did not save any money after all.

Amazing facial from Zara who was lovely. Very happy with extraction which was my main purpose for booking. Nice relaxing massage also. Staff polite and friendly

Treatment by Zara•Microdermabrasion
Nice experience and the staff we're friendly. It's nice to be offered a drink on arrival and there is a comfortable waiting area. Unfortunately I can't rate the massage that highly as I've had better in the past for the same cost. Got the Indian head massage on a last minute deal and if I had paid more I would of been very much dissatisfied. I would go again but would try a different treatment.

I cancelled the Indian Head Massage and had a Microdermabrasion facial instead so this review will be on that. The treatment was far better than I expected. Corey explained everything in detail before she actually did it, which was comforting. I've had pigmentation for the last 20 years following pregnancy, so I am amazed that after one treatment, I can notice the effects and plan to have another one in about 6 weeks time. I will definitely recommend the experience at Stratford Salon to my friends.
