I've had a lot of massages in my time but none like this. The therapist was very pleasant but I don't think she was qualified, the addition of the wet towel on my back and the pinching was particularly unpleasant.

Clean salon, polite staff, massage was perfect, exactly what I needed, will ask for Sibreen again, she made me feel comfortable. Well worth the cost, great value for money, I will be visiting again. Ambience in salon lovely, slept very well and still very relaxed next morning.

I booked a 30 minutes face massage. There was only one member of staff present, and she was late on schedule. During the treatment, there were several interruptions (going to open the door, going to prepare the warm towel which took a lot of the time for which I had paid for), and she seemed to be a bit stressed so I couldn't fully relax. At the end the massage ended 5 minutes earlier than it was supposed to and when I asked about that, the beautician said that 30 minutes had passed. I wish I would have gone somewhere else.

Never had a facial before. Had one tonight and it was so good. Lovely young lady very professional. My skin felt so good afterwards. Such a shame don't know what her name was. Would love to visit again. Highly recommended.
I went for the manicure pedicure package which was great value but not such great quality. The pedicure has lasted well and is good quality but the manicure was quite messy and chipped after a day, which could just be me! The atmosphere is not great there. There was little choice of colours for polish and there was no manicure table so I just had to lean forward. I don't expect to be going back.
