Another lovely visit here i really cherish and look forward to getting pamperd! Its a great time out and they did not let me down i had a wax and a 1hour massage which was just what i needed really worked on my back i was so relaxed when leaving thank you for sorting me out girls!

When booking this it says choice of relaxing body massage or deep tissue massage. When I came for the first time a month or so before, I wasn't asked which I would like but Leah gave me a deep tissue massage which was really great - she was friendly, helped work into my knots, and the whole experience was great value so I was very impressed. When I rebooked this time, I had a different therapist, and must have had the relaxing massage. She didn't put any music on which I found a little uncomfortable as music helps me to relax and she also seemed to have a cold. I don't know if this affected her performance - it's a tricky complaint as the massage was indeed so relaxing that I fell asleep several times (!) but I would have preferred to have been asked what kind of pressure I like as I kind of felt like I had paid to have a nap rather than a massage to relieve my back pain. Next time I would specify the deep tissue massage with Leah - she's great.

Reasonable massage. Friendly masseur, did start late though. Asked what to focus on and concentrated on those areas.

Staff were very friendly and offered me drinks and magazines throughout my appointment, however, the appointment took much longer than it should have, almost 2 1/2 hours ! The paraffin wax was too hot and we had to wait for it to cool down, then the booties that keep the heat in were too small. I know I"m a size 8 but really? Finally the wax itself failed to peel off and had to be removed with a hot flannel. The end result of the pedicure was great, just took too long.
