called up last minute for a gold facial and pedicure.salon was clean and very friendly staff, pedicure was very good attention to detail opi vanish used with a lovely foot massage at the end.gold facial was very good really enjoyed it esp the face massage at the end skin feels smooth and looks clean,good value for money lovely staff will return

Mens facial was followed by a face massage. Skin felt great as soon as I walked out of the Salon and looks very healthy. Would highly recommened all their treatments as they are great value for money. Staff very helpful and friendly. Have already booked further treatments.

The face massage I went for was excellent, very relaxing. Great lastminute price so highly recommended. Salon was small but very clean and staff were friendly. Have already booked more treatments with Stratford Salon.

I had the Gold facial. While the facial itself was good my therapist didn't ask me about my skin concerns at the beginning of the treatment. She didn't introduce herself even and explain anything about the treatment. I didn't get any connection with the therapist. Her facial massage technique was good but I feel that the massage element could have been longer. And there are 2 masks put on during the treatment, the first stayed on for 10 mins during which the therapist left the room. The 2nd mask which is the collagen one was left on the face for 30 mins during which the therapist again left the room. It would have been really good if the therapist did a hand/arm or neck/shoulder massage for not all of this time but say for 10 mins. It would have have been a lovely extra touch. As the facial was discounted maybe that's the reason why this was not done.
My skin felt very good afterwards and is looking and feeling very good the following day. I would recommend the treatment. The soundproofing in the room hindered the ambience and the music was typical 'old school' spa music, but that was ok. I managed to relax despite the sound of talking coming from the waiting area and I did enjoy the treatment overall.
