I arrived late for my appointment however i was still greeted nicely and offered a cup of tea... which was nice... i was expecting to be turned away rudely... but wasnt. My therapist was rosie. She waz lovely... very patient with me. i had quite a few sore areas on my body... my muscles were tight tense and hurt quite bad. She analysed each area at a time and identified knots along with poor blood circulation. The movements she was using on me were lovely. After she had finished with an area i could immediately feel the difference. My back was so painful but when she had finished i had no pain at all. She was very patient with me as i kept askn her to go over areas again because it felt nice. When the massage was over she politely told me its the end of the massage and if i would like some drink. She asked me to get my self sorted and meet her at the front... i was so relaxed i slowly got ready and went to her. i am so happy i came across this salon... in other salons they be abrupt and rude when you take your time leaving and paying. But at this salon my therapist rosie was polite and patient.

Overall a fully lovely experience from the moment i walked in staff greeted me andade sure i was ok,appointment was on time salon was clean was a busy day but i was taken to my beauty room downstairs clean basic no clutter lovely fragrance in my room not sure what it was
My treatment was really relaxing i was really stiff felt amazing after dozed off!
