Zara was fantastic and extremely hospitable. She made me feel right at home and did whatever possible to meet my needs. The downside was the venue it didn't feel as if I was I in a professional environment therefore made me feel a bit uneasy about the treatment as I was nervous about it in the first place. I would come back for Zara and the value for the treatment although I am still waiting for my results so I cannot comment on whether the treatment was a success or not.

The masseuse was lovely, very friendly, polite and relaxed. Full body massage was great, hit the problem areas but was relaxing at the same time.
Salon needs a little touching up, but it wouldn't put me off going back there.

I have been to Stratford salon several times. I have had micro-needling, hot stone massage, oxygen facial and a hair cut.
The beauty side of the business is brilliant, the staff are all lovely and very professional.
I had an incredibly bad experience with my hair there and would never have my hair done there again but the staff there did their upmost to fix the damage and make up for the bad experience and I have been back since.
I would highly recommend the salon and have continued to go there.
