All in all a lovely experience at this salon very accomadating and proffesional friendly staff zara was just great i feel so relaxed and skin feels soft and glowing shes really good booked again! Have had alot of compliments on my skin
Ladies' Waxing
The treatment room was quite dim, but not in a relaxing way - would be great to have just a bit more lighting! The waxing was okay, but had a bit of skin ripped off just above the lip which was quite painful and took several days to heal. I know it's a difficult part to wax and it happens, but could be better.

Friendly staff but the venue was very shabby and the massage itself was very basic (techniques that I have never experienced before that weren't very effective.)

Adam was great but the products that he used i didnt like. The room they used looked dirty and after twos hours I could not use the toilet as its in another treatment room..so ran out stressed to find a loo...sorry guys wont be coming again.

Whilst the staff uniforms and first appearances of this Salon imply a higher quality experience, it is in fact very basic.
I was kept waiting for some time for my appointment (over 15 minutes) with no apology. My therapist, whilst seemingly friendly enough made no attempt at small talk or even asked if I had waxing done before. It was I who occasionally broke the award silence in the room by asking her about her day and job.
Whilst there was nothing wrong as such with the service I received or the end result of the treatment, there was nothing overly right with it. I wouldn't say there was anything about it that would make me decide to go there again rather than another Salon, not even the price.
