Treatments were perfectly okay; nothing great, the only problem was the venue. During the facial there was a lot of exiting and entering which caused a cold draft as a result of the door opening and closing, this consequently made me ill! During the massage you are able to hear a lot of noise from the surrounding rooms which again, took away the relaxation factor.
