On arrival I was brought into the waiting area and offered a glass of water. The waiting area was a bit disorganised. I was left then, and all I could hear were two of the staff discussing their own private matters and moving things in and out of rooms.
The treatment went well, however the therapist kept leaving the room and at one stage I could hear banging on the door to the salon.
I've given 3 stars because I wasn't able to fully relax, however it was good value for money.

I loved the treatment and it was worth every penny. It was very relaxing and the enviroment was clean. The therapist was nice and answered all my questions

i had a very good deep tissue at Stratford Salon. The clinic is a little small but other than that perfect. Friendly staff.

It's a nice little place, small but very cosy.. Ameri was my beauty therapist and I had the organic deep cleanse facial. Very nice staff made me feel comfortable and the treatment was sooo relaxing! Almost felt sleepy.. The facial was very thorough, pleasant and peaceful. Although I had a deep cleanse I noticed the next day I had some spots but I assume it was down to the treatment bringing them to the surface hence the four star rating but cannot fault Ameri. Will be visiting again soon and I'm sure as my skin gets used to a proper clean I won't have such reactions like that again :-)

i had a msassage and facial package done for me and my friend really relaxed staff so attentive and friendly lovelyexperience salon very clean and tide will be visiting again very good value for money
