Had a Aztec Mask facial which was very relaxing and left my face feeling soft and smooth. Having been to this venue before, I knew what to expect in terms of ambience, which really could be improved by tidying up the general store a bit, and installing non-fluorescent lights!
The treatment itself was very professional and my therapist explained what she was doing at each point. I have to admit however, I have never had an extraction SO painful - she scraped my nose so hard I thought it was going to leave marks! That said, I was very happy with everything else - great value for money as always so will be back.

When I arrived at the salon, I was welcomed with a friendly smile and attended to fairly quickly. Although my therapist was late in starting due a problem with another client, I found that all the staff were very attentive and death with it well. They offered me a coffee and kept making sure I was ok. The treatment itself was explained to me and as it was my first time I wasn't sure what to expect but my therapist, Zara was lovely and even though I cannot see results yet (as it is a gradual process and I only had my first treatment 3 days ago) I look forward to going back for my next session.

Overall the experience was good: Friendly professional staff, the decoration is a little bit dated but nice treatment and relaxing experience.

My treatment was overall very nice. The woman that did my massage and facial along with a trainee were very welcoming and they made it a very nice experience. I do think the curtain at the door made it look to 'back-room' treatment. The floor needed a clean too but it was still value for money and just what I was looking for.
The treatments themselves used natural products which was great for my sensitive skin and they lasted the time indicated, if not longer.
