Me and my friend booked the mini spa package together so that we would receive our treatments at the same time (it was confirmed when booking that there would be 2 therapists). When we arrived we could hear one of the therapists arguing in the back and eventually she took her uniform off and went home. This was very unprofessional and meant we were left with one therapist who had to try and do both our facials at the same time. The therapist we had was amazing and she did what she could given the situation, it's just a shame she was put in that position. By the time we had our other treatments (Swedish massage and foot massage) another therapist had arrived. It's only because the quality of treatments was so good that I didn't complain as I did leave feeling very relaxed and pampered by the end of it. It was just an awkward start.

The quality of the wax used was awful. The quality of the strips used was terrible! I was lying on tissue paper which was just sticking to me! A 30 minute job ends up taking an hour. The therapist was apologetic but it had nothing to do with her. I've had this waxing done many times at other salons and the quality of this used her was extremely below standard. The products did not do the job. Owners and management need to invest more in the quality of products used. I'm sorry to say I won't be coming back.

The massage was great though the venue felt like it needed a bit of a refresh, but the staff were very friendly and professional.

Staff were friendly but the half an hour swedish massage felt like 10 minutes of scratching my back. Its very likely i would come back to this place.
